The Fanwood-Scotch Plains Tiny Tim Fund is a non-profit corporation organized and operated exclusively for the charitable purpose of providing financial assistance for medically needy children.
 
  Incorporated in March 1983, this local charity serves Fanwood and Scotch Plains children, birth through age 18, by giving financial assistance for necessary medical and dental care when this care cannot be provided due to temporary or long-term financial difficulties.

  The Fund is administered by a voluntary Board of Trustees, which consists of Scotch Plains and Fanwood citizens from all sections of the community.

  The Fund provides financial aid not only for medical and dental care but for medical and psychological testing, prescriptions, medical supplies and equipment.
 
  Depending on the extent of care needed and other family circumstances, even families with health insurance coverage may be eligible for assistance from the Tiny Tim Fund.

  Volunteers raise funds through the annual "Tiny Tim Carol Night" in December when groups go door-to-door caroling in their neighborhoods. If you, your friends or your organization would like to join or form a carol group, please fill out this form.
 
  Donations from civic and service clubs, as well as from private citizens, will be gratefully accepted and put to good use.
